Damn!!!!! I say this might just be the best Indian spot in Dandenong! I’ve been back three days in a row now, and each time the biryani hits the spot like nothing else. The chicken breast pieces are cooked just right—never dry, always juicy—and the Hyderabadi spices are rich but never overwhelming. Whether you go for the goat or the chicken, the rice is fluffy, the meat falls off the bone, and the aroma alone is enough to pull you in. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They check your spice level, suggest dishes, and even remember your favourite order after a few visits. The vibe is lively but relaxed, with plenty of seating and easy parking right out front. If you’re craving authentic Hyderabadi biryani (or a solid spread of Indian classics), Hyderabad Darbar is the place to be. Highly recommended—I'll be back, and you should too!

Dare I say that this might just be the best Indian restaurant in Dandenong! Absolutely delicious biryani. This is a must try item here. Really well balanced and outright delicious. I absolutely love that they use chicken breast pieces as their boneless pieces for some dishes. It’s easy to over cook chicken breast and they fact that I have yet to eat dry pieces kinda tell me they put effort and attention to their cooking. And having had other Hyderabadi food which has always been very heavy on spices in my experience this place balances everything rather well. I went here 4 days in a row when I discovered this place

For a small home gathering of 30, we ordered takeaway. The food was delicious and every guest loved it. The biryani was ready when I picked it up and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place for authentic Hyderabad biryani
